John A. Vellequette, DDS
Dr. Vellequette is a Los Altos native and attended St. Francis High School in Mountain View. He graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional science and went on to get his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree at the University of Buffalo, NY Dental School with a minor in Periodontics. He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and received his Mastership award (MAGD) in 2001.
In addition to clinical instructing in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Vellequette attends approximately 200 hours of continuing education per year. Dr. Vellequette’s continuing education has included Orthodontics, TMD/TMJ clinic, Dental Implants, IV Sedation Certification, Cosmetic and Aesthetic dentistry programs, and numerous other general and cosmetic dental courses.
He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), the Cranio Mandibular Institute (CMI), the Academy of GP Orthodontics, and has participated in the California Dental Association (CDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA) on legislative committees and as an alternate delegate.
Dr. Vellequette received The Academy of General Dentistry’s prestigious Mastership Award on August 4, 2001, in New York. In attaining Mastership in the AGD, Dr. Vellequette has joined a select group of dentists who have completed the most rigorous continuing dental education program in general dentistry. Dr. Vellequette earned the Mastership Award by completing more than 1,100 hours of quality continuing dental education in the 16 disciplines of dentistry, including 400 hours of hands-on courses. To date, only 1,000 AGD members have earned Mastership honors and less than 6% of these dentists are providing care in California.
One of Dr. Vellequette’s principle professional goals is to set the standard for excellence in the practice and delivery of dental care. This requires being involved with teaching other dentists the art and science of advanced aesthetic dentistry throughout the United States.
In his free time, Dr. Vellequette enjoys spending time with his three children, Jack, Ashton, and Sean. Together they enjoy golfing, skiing, swimming, hiking, movie making, and photography.

Stephanie S. Fung, DDS
Dr. Fung is originally from the Windy City. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in integrative biology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. After graduation, she continued onto her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
Dr. Fung is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the California Dental Association (CDA). She is lively and friendly in her profession, which creates a comfortable atmosphere for our patients and team. Dr. Fung is able to maintain great dental care and enjoy it at the same time. According to patients, she has a gentle touch while performing any given task. This allows our patients to have an easy-going trip to the dentist.
Dr. Fung homes two adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. In addition to spoiling her dogs, she enjoys golfing, swimming, and reading in her free time.
